Council of the City of Laurens at any
regular or special meeting thereof.

posed are levied for the I)ui)s of rais
ing funds to lieet the annual ordinary
.'xpenses of the City of Laurons for
the fiscal year comlencing on the 1st
day of January of any year hereafter
and for the purpose of paying in
whole or in part any legal indebted
ness of the said City Incurred for ov
