Hughes, Rle publican nominee for the presidency in 1916. The boy was 'going home on his bicycle dnd in some way got his foot caught between the fork and spokes of his wheel. He screamed out, and Mr. and Mrs. C. 1L. Mitchell, who were passing, went to his assist 'once. The foot was bent back, and Mr. Mitchell had to cut the spokes of the wheel to got it out. Mlrs.
