time he held an executive position with
the Red Cross in Atlanta, having made
an enviable record in Red Cross work
during the World War. His experi
ence and success in school matters
inakes him pecullarly fit for the new
work he is undertaking.
Prof. Stoddard has served for sev
eral years as high school Inspector
an( professor of secondary education
at the university. Bloth places are pro
vided for by the General Educntion

been filled by one man but through an
