In thinking about this, it might be
well to consider the farmers. They
are not always holilinug for a hioli
day. They work sometimes 14 or 15
hours a day. Now, they have their
eyes on Washington, to see what we
are doing, and they are heginning to
hold us to more strict account than
they have ever done in the past. I will
not take the tine of the'senate to r:ead
all of the resolutions, but there is one
here, where they say they want tills
body to guarantee, among others, one
thing--that they want. the senate to
pass this resol ution:
