Your issue of July 3m carried an
article at head of first colmtimo on first
page entitled "lBuilding Operations
Delayed at Clinton."
In this article it Is stated that In
order to facilitate the erection of tle
buildings for the home for the feeble

commenced against me and another
to force execution of options alleged
to have betn given some time ago. The
