During the past few days I have been fortunate enough to secure listings on
several fine farms in Laurens county that have not hitherto been for sale.
Owners of these tracts have consented to let them go at a reasonable price and
I will be g1 to show any prospective purchaser over them. They range in
size all the way from 300 acres down to a small farm.
REA-L ESPTAsTE WIL' NOT DO
In my advertisement in this paper a few weeks ago I said this: "Do not expect
real estate to drop. It never has in this county, and the prospects are
that it never will. The prices that look (arge today will seem small ten
years hence." Already my prediction has come true. Real estate has taken a
big advance since then and values are rising every day. The prosperity of
this country is a guarantee of increasing values. If you hesitated after my
advertisement at that time, do not make the same mistake today. When the
money from the fall crops commence to flow into this country there is no
telling where land prices will go.
