Again the Princeton ohurch has been called upon to give ip one of its most faithful young members. On the morning of January 27 the call to "come up higher" came to the ilome of Mr.'and Mrs. Robert W. Arnold and 'Mary, their oldest daughter, went home to Illeaven, (lying as she had lived, trusting in God. Mary Arnold! I-low familiarly sweet sounds that name, what sacred menio ries, twhat realins of wondrous beau ty are clustered around it. Yesterday she was, today she is not. Slilntly we 1weep for the voice of our loved onle now forever stille. In 'her death is cautsed a vacant place in the htomne, in Our c uitiUreht, ol t Sunday school and our cihur cih societies. Silce early (hi1(ilhood she had been anit active worker in her, church, in the Siunday school and Sunbeam lland. Sie, was always.at her place. As she grew into yo ting woman hood, she he Came one of our hesI m1eiibers of the Young Woni's Auxiliari-, always present, ready and willing to take any part in the service sie was called upltont to (10. Tiler sunny smile and cheerfiul dispo sition drew to her many friends, both young and old. To her "it was morn. ing of life, an11d the sunrise, bright, seened to promise a noonday full of light." Site was sorry to leave us. "There is so much iere to live for," she said for the skies iwere clear. She Was young to journey ald so. we pr-ayed, That the boatsmain's comiing might he delayed, Bint it miust hlave bien heiter., God willei it so, To the City abSov that she should go. To thos.-of. 4 who are left of the Young 'Woman's Auxiliary, her death is one of those mysterious dispensa tions of the Allwise 4Od. While it sorely afflicted and brings into our hearts sorrow too deep.for Iwords, yet we realize that It brings with It a mes sage of love from our Heavenly Father and we turn our hearts upward to Him who did it and beg Him help us read aright this message and awe shall find comfort by turning away from self to blessed memories of our sainted sis ter, by rejoicing in hei present gain by ministering to those whose needs and griefs are greater than ours.
