ON TERMS OF GE11MANS
Agreement Just Signed With Central
Powers Contains Eight Clauses.
Amsterdam, May 8.-The peace trea
ty just signed between Rounania and
the Central Powers- consists of eight
clauses, says a Vienna afspatch to
day. The first clause deals with the
reestablishment of peace and friend
shilp and reads:
"Article 1--Germany, Austria-Ilun
gary, Bulgaria and Turkey on the one
hand and R1oumania on the other, de
lare the state of war ended and tlint
o contracting parties are determined
henceforth to live together in peace
and friendship.
"Article 2.-Diplomatic and consul,.
relations between the contracting par
ties will be resumed immediately aft'
the ratification of tile peace treaty.
The admission of consuls will be re
served for a further agreement.
"Clause 2-Demobilization of the
Roumanian forces.
"Article 3.-The demobilization of
the Roumanian army, which is low
proceeding, will immediately, .peace

the preseriptions contained lin tile ar
