gave a full ekpression of their patri
otism at the flag raising exercises
which took place at the school build
ing Fijday. The address of the day
was made by Mr. 13. L. Parkinson, 31r.
Parkinson being introduced by Supt.
of Education, Jas. 11. Sullivan. The
rope which raised the flag to its coin
manding elevation was ulled by Maud
Johnson, who had won the honor in
