narative form will be of more assist
ance to the citizens of Laurens than
a mere list of llgures in the trial hal
ance sheet, or statement of assets anl
liabilities, I submit the following
gathered by nyself from the books of
the City of Laurens and from data

uirer.

thus saving the city in annual inter
