Mr. C. (:.:Anderson who wa:, foreman
of two juries in the court. the early
part of the week, increased the Y. M.
C. A. fund by $2.00 when he turned ov
er this amount which had been pre
sented him by the winning sides in the
two cases. As is known by a great
many people, the foreman of the jury
in a civil case is presented with a Dol
lar by the successful litigant, this
custom having been handed , down
since time almost Immemorial. The
decision to make ihe gift was agreed
to by all the jurors.
