ing for the mobilizat ion of 10 per cent
of South Carolina's full quota at Cami
.Jackson, the movement to begin Oc
tolher 27 and to continue for live days.
Tie entire personnel of this-inerement
wIll be composed of iegroes. The
nuntttiher of men in the call is slightly inl
excess of !,000. WVIth this deduction,
119 per cent of South Carolin:a's quota
is yet to be mobilized. ''he p.orcontages
in each previous call were: First 5
per cent, white; second, 10 per cent,
white; third 20 per cent, negroes. The
order reads:
