As will be seen, many valuable prizes have been offel'ed for various events and conipetition will doubtless be keen to seecure them. Special attention has been devoted this year to the wvomen's department, as the women are vitally in terlested1 this year in the conserva tion of the crops and the stoek that ihey and the men have grown. This department will be in charge of 'Miss Daisy Hlarris and the e:hibits will he placed in the cou itou ose. On account of the abundance of crops and the high prices prevailing for faitll products; it is expected that large c rowds wil be here to display their products and' enjoy a rest from their lalbors. Prc mrations will lbe made for a large (rWd -and everyhody is expected to come and enjoy thet day. Entry blanks will be in the losses sion of Mr. Alison Lee at The Adver tiser oflice before Nov. 2nd and on that lay he will be at a convenient place on the grounds.
