elaborate consecration ceremonies at

rell, for nine years pastor of St.
Patrick's'parish here, will be elevated
to the bishopric of Charleston, in the
Cathedral at Baltimore March 15 at
10 a. m. Arrangements have been
made for a special train from Wash
ington to Baltimore that morning.
