Mrs Eugenia Teague, mother of Dr. J. If. Teague, has returned to her home in .lountville after having spent several weeks in the hospital here where she was very ill for some (lays. Mrs. W. II. Dial, M rs. 11. C. Flem ing and Miss Julia Irby are in John ston attending the annual meeting of the Daughters of the American Revo lution. Among the guests expected for the Todd-Nickels wedding this evening are W. W. Nickels, of Greenwoo(l, Mrs. Beverly Lewis, of Richmond, Va., Miss Frances Rice and Miss Lydie Cole man, of Whitmire, and Mrs. Evelina S. Rice, of Union. Mrs. C. B. Bobo, Mrs. W. E0. Meng, Mrs. J. 1). W. Watts and Mrs. W. P. Thomason attended the state meeting of the W. M. U., held in Orangeburg last week. She was the eldest child of the late .Jas. C. Rasor and was loved by all of her acquaintances. The fun oral service was conducted at Turkey Creek church by her pastor Rev. Mr. Burts, assisted by R1ev. Jodie Martin, in the presence of a large assemblage of relatives and friends. We tender our heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family. Mr. and M.\rs. Jas.
