Camp Moore, Styx, Juno 27.--There was a general feoling among the na tional guards today that the movement toward a concentration camp, "som1e where in Texas" will be begun within the next ten days. The general staff began to tighten up the lines and ev ery effort is being made to rush the necessary supplies. The "green" boys are getting ac customed to military rules and the stringent work Is preventing home sickness. Tomorrow morning the liret regiment band and recruiting of flcers will leave for a trip of three days in the Piedmont counties to se cure recruits. When the two regi 1.icnt; are ordered away two reserve batalions will be moved into Styx. The ollicers realize that recruiting Is th ne0ne big problem to be solved now and every nerve is being strained to this cnd. A general campaign for recruits is to be launche(l in every county in lthe state. It is uniderstool that tie plans for this eaml'aign will be directed by Goverinol' Manning.
