NOTICE Of The COUNTY TREASUIRER The Books of the County Treasurer Vill be opeled for the collection of State, County and Commutation Road Tuxes for fiscal year, 1915, at the Treasurer's ollice from October 15th to December 31st, 1915. After Decem ber ol st one per cent will he added. After January 31st, two per cent w il be add*, and after February 28th. seven wt* cent will be added till the 15th day of .larch, 1016, when the books will be clo.ed. All persons owning property in more ihan one Township are request ed to call for receipts in each of the several Towilhips in which the pro perty is located. This is important, as additional cost and penalty may be attached. All able-bodied male citizens be tween the ages of 21 and 60 years of age are liable to pay A poll tax of $1.00 exceit old soldiers, who are excniii l at 50 years of age. Lee, chairman of the subscription commit tee of the co-operatitve creamery, and Messrs Nelson and Converse, of Clenm son college, spent yesterday working oil two routes froimi Campobello in the interest, of the proposed local cream ery. They canvassed two routes, the lirst being the east route from Camipo bello by Pacolet river to North Paco let river, and the other being the west route, which runs beyond Alotlow's schoolhouse back by Gowensville road. On these two routes they found 16.5 cows whose owners would ship cream tle local creamery. lr. Lee said last night that on the Pelzer road there were 65 cows which would flurnish cream for the local creamiery; on the Fountain 1111 route 70 cows, and on the Simpsonville route 80 cows, making a total, includ ing tle Calinpobello route, of <180 cows.
