SOLICITOR COOPER ON WHISKEY LAW lives his Interpretation of the Gallon 1-month Whiskey Law. At the request of the sheriff of New berry county, Solicitor Cooper a few days ago gave his written interpreta tilli of the new "galloni-a-moiith" ii Cluor law. The letters of the Newberry sheliff and Mr. Cooper were givei out for joiblication by Gov. Manning.
