Speaking of the Coker college, Prof. Garrett stated that he was antleipat Ing a large increase In enrollment next session and that he expected the college to grow rapidly as the years pass. Maj. Coker. the'founder of the college, has already contributed sev eral hundred thousand dollars to its endow-ment and building fund and con tinues to give It his loyal support. The college has a bright future be fore it under its new, president, Dr. Howard Lee Jones, until recently pas tor of the Citadel Square Baptist church, of Charleston. oo A Camping Party.
