The students taking this course have been making a special study in adapting the equipment to the needs of tiic town and country schools, and they have selected a portable equip ment which can be carried by the teacher from one to another of the rural schools in any vicinity. There are only a few who do not appreciate the need of knowing more about the liest choice and preparation of food, and educators are now urging its educntional value.
