On Body of .Man Killed by Lightutug
ruder Sycamore.
Lancaster, July it).?a remarkable
feature in the case of Frank Miller,
the young farmer who was killed by,
lightning In this county day before
yesterday is the fact that a perfect I
picture of tho sycamore tree under
which he was stricken, was photo
graphed on bis body, even outlines ol
the branches and leaves distinctly ap
pearing. The fact is vouched for by
a reliable citizen of this ?omniunity. i
who helped to prepare his body for
burial yesterday,
Another strange fact is that these
men escaped unharmed who were sit
ting on the lever of the cider press
when the lever was struck by the
bolt that descended the sycamore tree.
Mill was under the press at the time,
Straining cider.

Pale-Faced Women
You ladies, who have pale faces, sallow complexions,
dark circles under eyes, drawn features and tired, worn
out expressions, you need a tonic.
The tonic you need is Cardui, the woman's tonic.
It is the best tonic for women, because its ingredients
are specifically adapted for women's needs. They act on
the womanly organs and help to give needed strength and
vitality to the worn-out womanly frame.
Cardui is a vegetable medicine. It contains no min
erals, no iron, no potassium, no lime, no glycerin, no dan
gerous, or habit-forming drugs of any kind.
It is perfectly harmless and safe, for young and old to use.
