Dear Sir:?Replying to your inquiry of recent date in regard to the result of my ex perience with Royster's Fertilizers for this year, I beg to advise that last Spring I bought of your Royster's Atlantic Brand, and on two acres I used 1,000 pounds per acre, preparing the land thoroughly, putting in all the Fertilizer at one lime and sub-soiling after putting in the Fertilizer. I secured a yield of six bales on the two acres. On seven other acres, similarly prepared, with the same amount of Fertilizer, I secured a yield of fifteen bales. The analysis of the Fertilizer used was 8-3-3. The average weight of these bales of cotton was 425 pounds. It is needless to say that the seasons this year were very favorable, and I gave the cultivation of this cotton special attention, and that the land had been brought up to a high state of cultivation. Pursuant to an Act of the General Assembly of the Stale of South Caro lina, approved the ISth day of Febru ary, A. D. 1905, Entitled: "An Act To Regulate The Traffic in Seed Cotton and Unpacked Lint Cotton," the Hoard of County Commissioners of Laurens County has, at its annual meeting held on Tuesday the 2nd day of January, A. D. 1906, fixed a license on Traffic in Seed Cot ton and Unpacked Lint Cotton, within the county, in the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars. All licen ses to be issued by the Clerk of Court of Common Pleas. Such license to con tinue in force for the period of one year from the date of issue. Done at Laurens, S.
