ATTENTION, DEMOCRATS I For the purpose of re-organizing the .Democratic party of Laurens county, the several Democratic Clubs are hereby re quested to meet at their usual places of meeting, at 2 o'clock p. m., on the fourth Saturday in April, being the 23d day of the month, (except as to tho Laurens and tho Clinton Mills olubs, the former of which will meet at 8 o'clock p. m., and the latter at 5 o'clock p. m., instead of at 2 o'clock) to reorganize by the elec tion of a Presiden*, Vice President, Reo retary and Treasurer, and an Executive Committee of three or more members, an enrolling committee of three or moro members and an Excoutivo Committee man. At same time and place the Clubs will elect Dolegatca to a County Conven tion which is hereby called to meet at Laurens C. H., on tho first Monday in May next, being the 21 day of the month, said Convention to elect Delegates to a State Convention. The basis of Club representation in the coming convention is one delegato for every 25 members or majority fraotion thereof. Mrs. Martin, an aged lady, mother of A. W. and J. W. Martin, died at the homo of her son, J. Wistar Martin on last Friday and was buried in tho ceme tery hero on last Saturday. Mr. Cosey Anderson of WolTord Col lego and his sister, Miss Bertha An derson, who ia teaching at Whilmlres, S. C., accompanied by her friend, Miss McLood, visited the family of Rev. J.
