discussion by the railroads and will be
settled in a few days. Dr. Alken, the
Secretary, believes that a low rate will
he granted by all the roads. The Sec

quiries from parties as to conoossiom
for merry-go-rounds, cigar selling, pefi
nut and pop corn vendors, etc.
