Mrs. Julia A. Taylor, mother
of Mrs. H. G. Mcllwain of
our town, died last Friday night
at the home of her son, Mr. VV.
S. Taylor of Charlotte, after an
illness of only about two days.
Mrs. Taylor was the widow of
the late A. A. N. M. Taylor of
/M. 1-ii. "
vnunutte. one was about 70
years of age, and leaves four
children, all of whom were at
her bodside when the final summons
came. The other children
are Miss Julia Taylor of
Washington, I). C., and Mr.
Borroughs Taylcr of Norfolk,
Va.
Mrs. Taylor was a member of
the Presbyterian church and an
estimable christian woman. Her
remains were interred in the
Charlotte cemetery Sunday beside
those of her husband.
