tried Monday in the magis

and for breach of the peace.
He was convicted in both cases

feiting his pistol.
?Mr. T. S. Barnett, stop-1

died at the A II. P parsonage
here Sunday morning about 2
o'clock after an illness of some
two weeks. Mr Barnett was a
native of Iluntersville, N. C.,
and was 73 years of ago last
May He was twice married,
his last wife being Mr. Ewart's
v mother. The remains were
taken to Iluntersville on the
early morning train Monday for
interment.
