Closing Exercises of the Oraded
School.
Saturday's Ledger gives the
following interesting account ot
the graded school's closing exorcises
last Friday :
The Lancaster graded school 1
has closed another very successful
session. The school enrolled a
larger number of pupils than dur
ing any previous session and t lie
work has been very satisfactory
under its skillful and ellioient
corps of instructors, as shown by
the exhibits of popds' work wh'oh
were attractively arranged on

j rooms, and open to public inspection

'the ninth grade and it reflected
great credit on tlio teachers and
pupils.
At 11 o'clock the closing exercises
were begun. They were
