Atlanta, Ga., will be read with

morning by the sudden death of te

evident as he proceeded, that he ra
was in pain. He had been a'
speaking half an hour and was
just concluding his remarks,
when, clutching his notes, he ^
said, "Brethren I can say no er
more." - ^
Ho staggered to the nearest
chair, his notes fell from his pr
lingers, there was a faint gasp
and ho died.
The synod adjourned to meet
this afternoon without concluding
its business.
Dr. Craig had always ex- ^
pressed a wish to die in liar- ^
ness. A hack was waiting at to

him to the depot as soon as he U
finished speaking, as he intendcc
ed to leave directly for South . ^
