Mrs. Micjhael Curtain, Plainfield,
111., makes the statement,
that she caught cold, which settledon
her lungs ; she was treated
for a month by her family physician,
but grew worse. He told
her she was a hopeless victim of
consumption and that no medicine
could cure her. Her druggist
suggested Dr. King's New
Discovery for Consumption; she
bought a bottle and to her delight
found herself benefitted from
first dose. She continued its use
and after taking six bottles,found
herself sound and well; now does. 1
her own housework, and is as
well as she ever was.?Free trial

Pleasing Facts About the Grow

will tell you something of Lanes

of business done here. There a
two large houses which do both
cash and time business, the La

which W. Thuilow Gregory

more to push forward the tow
than all the other enterprises t

prized by its holders that none i
it can be had. The Lancasti
County Building and Loan ass*

building up of the town. it
is pretty well umlerstoc
that we will have a new co
ton mill at an early day, and a
together likely that a cotton set
oil mill will materialize.
The farmers throughout tl
county arc prosperous. Many i
them held their cotton until tl
rise in price put them in
position to run their farms fh
