A local cotton seed war is raginrr.

Already the farmers have received
the benefit of a rise per bushel
from 14 to 23 cents. Uepresen
tatives of the two cotton seed oil
mills can be seen on the streets
ready to grab when a wagon of
cotton seed conies into sight. The
war is entirely local, but every
little thing helps this year, so the
farmers of the county are gleeful
and hope the battle will continue
