Mr. Poore, of Belton, Dead'
A telephone message from Belton
Wednesday night to the
Cireenville News said that James
W. Poore. of that city, died at 8
p. m. He was one of the leading
men of thai town and a citizen of
whom any city might, have been
proud, His death will be sincere
y regretted throughout the upjountry.
Mr. Poore leaves a wile ami
ive children, three daughters and
wo sons. One of his sons, Dr.
I. K. Poore, is now in Cuba as
lurgeon to the Second South Carilina
volunteers.
