held at St. Luke was very well j
attended, and very much interest j
was expressed Irom every one in
attendance in regard to its object j
and all believe it will prove to be I

interest of the-countv. We have
now over sixty names on our roll.
The club agreed to have one ot
ita summer meetinsrs at Iaikej
and the other at Dixie. (Hopewell
church) the first meeting
will be held at St. I.like and the J
following day at Dixie. It is'
understood that Prof. Newman
will attend these meetings and
address the people on agricultural
topics. We name the places at ;
which we will hold meetings, and
it is reserved tor the Prof ?< name
the time. So that we cannot say j
anything more than to say that

the Summer as soon a.- the time
is given hut we will give due
