Judge Simon foil's decision us to what constitutes an original package has been handed down. He gives this definition : "The package" delivered to the carrier by the importer at the initial place of shipment, in the exact condition in which it was shipped If the box or barrel is opened and bottles removed such box or barrel ceases to be an original package, under this decision. The State authorities are very well satisfied with the decision as to original package establishments, and think that it will so embarrass the agents a-to ren der the business undesirable and ultimately do awa.v with that class of competition to t he di-pen sary. The newspapers are jumping on Dr. Strait on every side lor his criticisms of Tillman and Me Taurin.
