Hney, who has been in feeble health for some time, died in Charlotte on the 16th inst. in the 79th year of his age. Mr.:Luey lived for a number of years in tbis county, and had the respect of all his neighbors. He was a good citizen, and many will regret to know of his death. He leaves a wife and severat children.
