LOCAL BRIEFS.
-Read town ordinance in this
morning's Issue.

-A young child of one of the fac
tory operatives died at its home at
the factory on Thursday and was
buried on Friday.
-Mr. Thos. Stevenson, who has
been so ill at the hospital in Chester,
has recovered sufficiently to come to
Winnsboro. The news of his recov
ery will be most welcome to Mr.
Stevenson's friends.
