IDGEWAY NATTERS. Social Life--A Petrified Body Stolen. The latest social function which has delighted our young people, was- a 'c>nundrum party" rv.;i last Friday evening as a birthday party to Miss Pearle Rembert by some of her friends in town. The occasion was 'a most enjoyabl one. After struggling with twelve conundrums, to answer which would tax no little the minds of ordi nary people, the guests were invited to partake of refreshments daintily served. The evening's entertainment ended with the delivery of the prices. The first lady's prize, a handsome picture frame, was awarded to Miss Lottie Thomas, while the successful gentleman was Mr. Samuel Thomas, who received as a reward for his ingenuity, a silver tie clasp. Miss Lallie Remhert and Dr. James W. Team are to be congratulated as having been successful in winning the booby pr:ze, a crooked pin. The following were among those present: Mr. and Mrs. W.
