The market is over stocked with turkeys. Mr. S. D. Patrick has a car load on hand but can find no sale for them. The chain gzng has done some good work around this place under Super ntendent J. W. Dec. 14.-Thcre was a very pleaslnt gathering of friends and relatives at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Levi Moore to wit ness the marriage of their olde:t daughter, Miss Eva to Mr. Eugene Wats, of Kershaw. The -eremony was performed by Rev. Mr. Yates at s o'c:ock p. in. The invited guesLs were summoned to the dining room shortly after the ceremony where everything to satisfy the inner man was provided in adundance. After the supper, which was greatly enjoyed by all present, the young people enter tained themselves with different games. Music on the organ was furnished by Miss Alice Moore, the bride's sister, who was assisted it' the singing by several ladies and gentlemen. Your correspondent is not qualified for describing bridal dress, but is able to say that the bride wore a tan silk, beautifully trimmed in silk ribbon and wure white roses in her hair. Her gloves corresponded to the dress. The groom wore the regultion black suit. The newly married couple left for the ho:ne of the groom in Kershaw, S. C , where they will reside in tutnre. Dr. 1). M.
