Miss Bfettis, a daughter of Mr. Frank Bettis, of Trenton, this State, died last Saturday uder unusual circum stances. On Tuesday of last week Miss Bettis noticed that a fever blister had made its appearance on her lower lip. .After worrying with it for some timne she decided to open it. To do this she procured a pin and lanced the off'endinig blister. Nothing more was thought of the matter unt-il the next day when she noticed that tlhe place had begun to ' fester, and a few hours later she was in extreme pain. -In the afternoorrT mue much that the services of a physician we're called. Upon investigation of the circum stances it was found that in opening the blister Miss Bettis had used a brass pin. This was the secret of her trouble. The doctor immediately said that the trouble was blood poisoning, which was true and later it develop I into crysipelas of a most acute typ,..
