11 somely decorated, and a bountiful and
r elegant repast was partaken of by all

Mrs. Bryan left on Wednesday for
her new home, to which she goes with

1. Be it enacted and ordained by
the Intendant and Wardens of the
Town of Winnaboro, 8. 0., in Coun
oil meot, Thnt for the purpose of rais
ing supplies for the year commencing
April 1, 1887, sud ending March 81,
1888, a tax for the sums and in the
manner 'hereinafter menitioned bo
raised and paid into the treasury of
the said town for the use and service
thereof, that is -to say, two' and one
half mills ad nalorern upon every
dollar of tho value of all the real and
p ersonal property within the corporate
fimite of the town of' Winnsboro; two
dollars to be p aid by every male in
habitant of said town between the
ages of sixteen and flity years, in lion
