Court of Common Pleas since our last

the lien law. ThIe sheriff had seized some
cotton belongitig to the defenOldant,
buit, after notice, held the proceeds of
sal10, subject to a judicial settlement of
the rights of the parties. The evidence
shIowedl that the plaintifl"s lien was for
$I50, and that prior to tihe seizure of
the cotton the defendant had already
paid the phlibitlffsomletin lg over' three
hlundiredl dollar's. Ini tis state of facts

was satisfied, and the mnoney fromt tile

PhoNphate, or other Commercial Fortiliz
eri of any nature or kind whatsoever.
II. That any perion, corporation or
