The proprietors are pleased with their success, and have no fear that the B btsiness can possibly be overdone, as good butter, such as they turn out, o. will always be in demand. They la reason Ve y correctly that the more so ilhere is sent to market of a good re article, whether butter or anything , else, the more the market demands. Farmers who reside in the vicinity of the creamery declare that they can intake almost twice as Much out of their coni s by disposing of the lacteal c fluid to the creamery, as they can by a %% orking it up Into butter on their ex promises. The arrangements In the creamery are such that. thle transfor mation of the milk into butir and cheese can be closely watched through- in all Its proostes.
