Agriculture with a flne art painting,
by Mrs. Dr. Robertson, being a copy
of a portrait of the celebrated setter
dog "Dan," given to the subscribers of
the Chicago Field.

?last Monaday the material t rain parted

the train. A few minutes after, the

collision. Trains were run ning all n ight

no one was hurl,. Next morning, how
veashifting engine ran over one

from his body.

The announcement of the death of Mrs.
Mary E. Seigler, wife of Mr. Jno. W.
Seigler, of this place, wvill be read with
deep sorrow by all in our community.
She was of frail constitution, being
affected early in life with a wveakness
of the lungs, which soon d1eveloped
into consumption. For the p~ast few
months she had been steadily decliji.
