A BOZD RODBE.-A most auda
clous r<%bery was committed at the
residence of Mr. A. P. MIller on Tues
day night. Sometime after midnight
a thief or thieves enter'ed his house
and stole ftom his dining room vagone
articles of food. They thon went inte
the chamber occupied by Mr.' Millem
and from there took a suit of clothes,
They next entered a chamber occupied
by two young ladleA, carried down
stairs a trunk, rifled It of Its contenti
and left It in the dining room with e
portion of the suit of clothing. *It is
very probable, from the manner and
exteflt of the robbery, that' the inmates
of the house were drugged, all oi
them being unconscious of the deed
till it was discovered in the morning
We trust that the perpetrators of the
crime will be speedily caught and
brought to punishment. Meanwhlk
