Trho Chester Jiulletin says: "The
liquor dealers of Chester organized a
protective uiiaona last Trs'11rday, and(
elected a full set of oficers. They
agreed to (do away wvith nickel drinks,
and resolved tunder a mutual foirfeitunre
of $50.00 not to sell or caused to be
sold, any whiskey on Sunday." .If they
would also bindl themselves to sell no
liquor to an intoxicated' person or a
minor, they would be doing a great
deal towards spiking the guns of the
p)rohiibitioniists, 1t is the terrible
abuse of liquor that is so rousing pub
lic sentiment.
