in the chair. -'The mainutes of the last

knowvn as The Confederate Survivors'
Association of Fairfild Countv'.
Awr. 1L. Every person who 'was en
rolled in tihe service of' the Conlfed(erate
States of America, and who resides
wvithin the limits of Fairfield count.y,
shall be elgible to meambership in t.his
Association at any annual or spmeciali
meeting thereof.
ART. III. The officers of this Asso
clation shall be a prIesidenat, three vice
presidents, a secretary and treasurer

Sec. 2. These officers all be electedl
annually, and shall hold( their offices
