concurrintg. Judge Hludso n delivered
a dissenting opinion, holding that
every consolidated bond issued under
the act of Deccember 23, 1873, known
as the Consolidation Act, is a valid ob
ligation of the State of South Carolina.
The opinions cover sonme fifty or sixty
pages of foolscap, closely written. The
case wvill be carried, en-appeal, to the
Supreme Court, in tihe interest of the
bondholders.
