To the Citizens of Fairfiel1
County.
I announco myso'f as a candidate for
tho office of Clerk of the Court for Fair
field county. The following are my
reasons for seeking the offi.te: I have a
large family to support, and children to
educnte by my own efforts. I lost an O.rm
in the service of my country, a the
office would at least be a groat hl to a
wan in my situation. So if no other
wan offers, whose claims are better, and
you will elect me I promise to fill
ofilce honestly, and to the best of my
ability.

THE A NSON H ARDY PAPEn -CUTTER Is by
far the best machine which can beob

dollars. It is of great strength. These
machines have always taken the highest
stand. It is the only machine to which
Is applied the 1'atent Movablo Cutting
B~oard. This device has a reputation ot
itself: by It, the cutting board can be In..
stantly and accurately moved, so that a
perfect cut is insured.* This Is a very Ima
portalnt point in the maehines and one
that is possessed by no other, . It greatly
reduces the labor of preparatton in work

We cannot too strongly recommend the
advantages of this palent mofable board. .
It Is worth the price of this machine, and
