The History of Growth is

With pardonable pride we call attention to the

Total Dividends paid to Stockholders 44,000.00

The above Financial Truth places us with the

The Question
That confronts the thoughtful man or woman ia not “Shall I save?”
bnt “Where shall I invest my savings?” You may not have enough
money to make a mortgage loan yoorself and you are, perhaps, un
familiar with the technicalities to be observed in properly safe-guard
ing a loan, nor do you care to look after collecting the interest and
seeing that insurance is carried. Your monthly payments to us
are pnt together and as soon as paid in we|have applications waiting.
You do not have one loan, but your money is invested in many
loans (first mortgages real estate). After deducting a small amount
for expenses, the shareholders get all the profits. We open new
series every six months, April and October. We want you with ns
and you can come in at any time. $5.00 or $10.00 put aside with us
each month will return to yon in about 78 months, $500,00 or
$1,000.00 in cash, or will repay loan of same amounts. :: :: ::
