Huggins and family of Ar arat. Mr. Dolph Patterson, of Gaffney, Is visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Patterson, of this place, and attending the series of meetings this week. Mr. Cleve Phillips worked the road that leands to his house Monday. He said that he thought he would put it in traveling shape so people would not stop coming to see him, and when he did not want any one to come that he could stop up the road. The fruit crop is about gone and it leaves the people in a mournful con dition. The series of meeting that has been going on for the last ten days at this place came to a close today (Wed nesday). Mr. Ross was assisted by Rev. C. M. Teal, of Gaffney, last week until Friday when he had to go home and meel his appointment at State Line church. Mr. Ross went home on Saturday to meet his appointment at the Victor church of Greer on Sun day and returned to this place Mon day where he carried on the meeting until today.
