Aabury, June 23.—The farmers are very busy now as the showers keep General Green on the moveT Most of the farmers are harvesting their oats this week. Work is progressing nicely at the Knuckles gold mines. They have a number of Shafts sunk to the depth of about fifty feet and are still taking out ore which they say is very rich. When this mine is opened up it will give employment to a good number of people who are wanting work. If this mine is worked up to a paying point it will get the gold boom to rolling in Cherokee.
